Epitomising the Métier ethos, the classic basket woven has been thoughtfully improved to become the perfect summer tote. Crafted with our signature artisanal woven technique which yields an exceedingly soft and essentially weightless feel while still ensuring an uncompromising long-lasting durability. Leather reinforced corners and a waterproofed inside and out protect the piece while the delicate hand-stitching anchoring the handle and the long lean shape exude a luxurious, chic pedigree.

Here, the most petite offering in the Cala line, the 21, perfectly sized for day to evenings with a detachable crossbody strap to add versatility. Hand-stitching anchoring the handle, and a discreet magnetic top closure provide delicate finishing.

Our Sahara Woven fabric marries the traditional look of natural straw with new-generation technology. More durable than straw, our microfibre is woven on handlooms in Tuscany and is resistant to water, scratches and tearing. It’s then barrel-dyed for a rich depth of colour and the final result is a material that’s soft and lightweight with a subtle shine.
