Ordering & Account

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to register to complete a purchase; however, we suggest you create an account. An account allows you to store multiple shipping and billing addresses, save your credit card information, and easily track your current order details and shopping history for a faster checkout experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal worldwide. Please note that some cards may require authorisation from the issuing bank. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay.

What currency will I be charged in?

The currency is set according to your shipping country and will be displayed at checkout. All orders shipped to the UK are in GBP (£), Europe is in EUR (€), and all other countries are in USD ($).

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping via DHL Express for all orders over £1,000. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, and a signature is required upon delivery.

What are your estimated shipping times?

Once dispatched, delivery is usually:

  • UK: 1–2 working days.
  • Europe and USA: 2–4 working days.
  • Rest of the world: 3–7 working days.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an Order Confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a Dispatch Confirmation email with the carrier tracking information. You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website to check the status of your delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?

You may request a return no later than 14 days after you receive your order for a full refund. Items must comply with our returns policy, or we cannot guarantee a refund.

How do I return an item?

We offer a complimentary collection service. You may also return your item(s) in person to our London Flagship or New York Residency.

To begin the process, please email customercare@metier.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return, indicating your preferred return method (collection or in-person). We will then provide you with a Returns form and a prepaid Air Waybill (AWB) for the collection service.

What are the conditions for a return?

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and must have their original tags and security tags (if applicable) attached. They must be returned in the original boxes and dust bags provided to ensure protection during transit.

Are any items non-returnable?

Yes, monogrammed, bespoke, and made-to-order products are final sale and non-returnable.

Can I book a private appointment?

Yes, we offer complimentary in-person and virtual appointments to assist you.

Personalisation

Do you offer personalisation?

We are pleased to offer personalisation on a selection of our pieces, allowing you to add up to three initials with a complimentary colour or metallic foil or blind emboss hot stamp.

How long does personalisation take?

Please allow an additional 2–5 working days for monogramming on top of our normal delivery time.

Product Information & Care

What materials are your pieces crafted from?

All Métier products are crafted in Italy from the highest-quality natural materials, including Leather, Fabric, Suede, and Plant & Bio-Based Leather. The natural characteristics of these materials will allow each piece to develop a rare and beautiful patina over time. How do I best care for my Métier piece?

We recommend you avoid prolonged and direct exposure to light, heat, and humidity, and avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes, or cosmetics. Should your Métier encounter moisture, simply dab the area with a damp cloth and let it dry at room temperature. When not in use, your piece is happiest inside its dust bag.

Yes, we are pleased to offer a complimentary yearly check-up service for your Métier piece to ensure it is in its best condition and grows beautifully with age. Please contact customercare@metier.com to arrange this.
