Nubuck is a top-grain Italian calfskin that is sanded on the grain side to create a uniform, velvety surface. This process helps to remove imperfections and gives the leather a smooth, suede-like feel. Favored for its uniquely soft, matte finish, Nubuck has a delicate surface and will soften over time.
