I always say we have the best community in the world and it is something that stays with me every day; It is what excites us to do what we do. It’s been so fun to put together this Year in Review and relive so many special memories. I hope you enjoy walking down memory lane with me. 5th Anniversary Celebration
In July, we created our dream world in a large meadow at the countryside home of our friends Silka and Hugo Rittson-Thomas. With every detail obsessively considered, take a look back at the celebration.
Elvis Leather Launch
After four years of development, we launched Elvis leather. Elvis is a water buffalo leather that is vegetable-tanned using chestnut and mimosa extracts to create its very fine and flat grain. The leather is then finished with a touch of wax to give it a unique shine and a soft touch. The end result is a leather that looks like it's been perfectly worn in, with care, for years.
Air Mail x Métier Launch
In October, we launched our collaboration with Air Mail at Graydon Carter’s Waverly Inn. We toasted with Melissa’s favourite bubbles, a Pet Nat brought especially in for the evening, and have fun catching up with friends, both old and new.
Limited Edition 5th Anniversary Perriand City Woven
To celebrate our 5th Anniversary, we have five unique pieces in our Méribel Woven in Black and Cognac Buffalo. We first introduced Méribel Woven in 2021 to celebrate the Charlotte Perriand Exhibition at the Design Museum, where Melissa gave a talk on Perriand’s work, moderated by HTSI Editor-in-Chief Jo Ellison. Afterwards, Melissa and Jo marked the occasion by collaborating on this special Black and Cognac version.
Glossy Calfskin Launch
We also launched Glossy Calfskin, an incredibly unique leather due to its rare combination of high-shine and supple touch. Glossy has a particular finishing which is rich and elegant, while allowing subtle wrinkles and a lived-in appearance over time. The end result is a sophisticated, relaxed and non-rigid appearance.
The Nomad Launch
Our newest men’s group, we launched the Nomad in two sizes, the All Day and Weekend. Designed for day to overnight, the Nomad is a chameleon that shifts shapes with ease. It features a hidden magnetic exterior pocket fitted with card slots and a passport holder to access essentials easily when en route. Both the Stowaway and Runaway can be clipped inside for added functionality.
Westman Atelier by Métier Launch
In October, Westman Atelier founder Gucci Westman and Métier Founder, Melissa Morris met at the Greenwich Hotel in NYC to discuss their latest collaboration. From fabric selection to trims, listen in to how the latest iteration of our Westman Atelier by Métier collaboration came to life.

Nancy Cadogan in Residence
Just before Frieze London, British figurative painter Nancy Cadogan did a residency at our London flagship where we created two works. She then unveiled them at the shop with a live Q&A between Nancy and Ashley Baker, Deputy Editor at Air Mail.

We partnered with friends from Net-A-Porter to profile three friends and show us what’s in their Métier.
